These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Phone George website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Products

We sell a mix of brand-new and pre-owned ("UK Used" / "London Used") smartphones, computers, wearables, gaming gear, audio equipment, and accessories. Where a product is pre-owned, this is clearly stated in the product name or description. We make reasonable efforts to keep product photos, descriptions, and pricing accurate, but occasional errors may occur — if a listing is incorrect, we'll contact you before processing the order.

Orders & Payment

Orders can be paid for on delivery (where available) or online via Paystack or Flutterwave. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received or, for Pay on Delivery orders, once we've confirmed the order with you by phone.

Delivery

Delivery within Uyo metropolis is free. If you're outside Uyo, reach out to us on WhatsApp or call us and we'll arrange delivery to you. Delivery times vary by location and are communicated at checkout or by our support team. A free gift is included on orders above ₦100,000, as shown on the site.

Pricing

All prices on this site are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without prior notice. The price charged is the one displayed at the time your order is placed.

Limitation of Liability

Phone George is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products purchased from us, beyond what is required by applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
